We take care in how every order is handled. From production to packaging, each piece is prepared with intention.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: during high-demand periods or limited drops, processing times may extend slightly.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 3–7 business days

United States: 5–10 business days

International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.


International Shipping & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first.
